I was cleaning out my internet Favorites list and came across this gem by Michel Fortin, the CopyDoctor. This is a really great onscreen video that spells out the basics of Copywriting. He works through a headline process and sets up a sales page. It moves pretty quick so you may want to take some notes.

Check that out its pretty good. The other thing is that he is using Camtasia to capture the visuals of what he is laying out on the screen which is nice.
